Roger's visionary abilities and years of experience have helped steer the client-centered philosophy that the Smedley Financial Team follows today. He understands that the financial industry is always evolving and believes staying abreast of the changes and incorporating them as needed helps Smedley Financial meet their clients' financial challenges.
In giving back, Roger has served as the National Vice President and a National Board Member of the National Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He has also served as past President and past Chairman of the Utah Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He has served as a Chapter Officer with the Utah Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning.
He is the controlling shareholder of Smedley Financial Services, Inc.® Roger is a member of the executive committee and the investment committee. Roger earned his Masters of Business Administration degree and his Bachelor of Science (Business) degree from the University of Utah. He holds the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®).
